Century Initiative is a non-partisan charity working to secure Canada’s long-term success. We believe in a future where Canadians enjoy more opportunity, more innovation, and a growing economy that benefits everyone.
Our goal? Help ensure Canada continues to be one of the best places in the world to live—now and for generations to come.
Century Initiative is a national, non-partisan movement shaping a bigger, bolder Canada. Through leading research and convening, we champion data-driven solutions for responsible population growth, advocate for long-term planning, and drive bold policies that secure Canada’s future. As a registered charity, our vision is a Canada that thinks and plans not just for today, but for future generations. Because prosperity takes planning.
Century Initiative operates with a nimble, impact-driven model designed to match the complexity of the challenges we’re addressing.
We’ve adopted a network-based approach—one that draws on a broad ecosystem of trusted partners, advisors, and collaborators across Canada. We engage leading experts on immigration, housing, economic growth, workforce development, supports for children and families, and public policy through project- based partnerships. We have built a network of more than 40 organizations—across sectors and regions—that inform, shape, and amplify our work.
Our internship and mentorship program supports emerging leaders and contributes to a new generation of systems thinkers focused on Canada's long-term prosperity. We’re proud to work with a growing community of collaborators and contributors who believe, as we do, that Canada’s best days lie ahead—with the right planning, partnerships, and resolve.
