Melissa Arbour is a seasoned business leader with a track record of mobilizing systems, people, and processes to simultaneously deliver strategy and financial results. With over 20 years at Canadian Tire Corporation, Melissa currently serves as the Vice President of Connected Retail and Automotive eCommerce & Technology. She has held progressive roles in eCommerce Merchandising, Dropship & Marketplace, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Automotive Merchandising and Category Management. Melissa holds an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. She has been the Secretary of the Board of Directors at Little Prints Daycare since 2018 and was one of the founding members of The Canadian Tire Women’s Leadership Network (CTWLN).
